from Denis Severin

A special prize (cello strings) was awarded by Denys Severin, a member of the jury of the First Competition for Incentive Prizes of the Art Unites the World Charitable Foundation, professor at the Geneva Haute école de musique and Bern Academy of the Arts (Switzerland), president of the international charitable association Art Sans Frontières, Basel, to Andriy Kozar, a 10th grade student of the KCIA (teacher V. Romanova).

We express our deep gratitude and respect to Mr. Denis Severin for his help to young musicians!

Cello by Denis Severin

Denys Severin, professor at the Geneva Haute école de musique and Bern Academy of the Arts (Switzerland), president of the international charity association Art Sans Frontières, Basel, presented a gift of a cello to Oksana Andreieva, a teacher at the Zmiiv Music School, by the director of the Kharkiv State Music Lyceum, Oleh Orishchenko.

All of them — Denys Severin, Oksana Andreeva and Oleh Orishchenko — are graduates of the Kharkiv Secondary Specialised Music School, which since 2021 has been called the Kharkiv State Music Lyceum.
Such support and interaction between alumni makes us heartily grateful and proud of our school community!
